The best long-term solution.
Pure Dental uses medical-grade titanium fixtures that fuse to living bone, topped with a permanent crown — resulting in teeth that look, feel, and function completely natural for life.
Whether you're missing one tooth, several, or all of them — Pure Dental has a solution that fits your situation, anatomy, and budget.

If you have lost a single tooth due to an accident or periodontal disease, that one tooth can be easily replaced using a single dental implant. Your new tooth will look and function just like your other natural teeth — with no impact on surrounding teeth.

When a patient is missing more than one tooth, several fixtures can be implanted and crowns attached — leaving all other natural teeth completely intact. No need to grind down healthy teeth for a bridge.

Patients needing to replace a full upper and/or lower set of teeth can receive Four Ever Smile™ — 4–6 implants supporting a complete digital arch of teeth, eliminating dentures permanently in a single day.

Periodontal disease and missing teeth are directly linked to heart disease, diabetes, sleep apnea, cognitive decline, and cancer risk. The best investment in your health may be your smile.
Schedule Free ConsultationMini Dental Implants are the newest technology to help anchor loose dentures, or replace individual and multiple missing teeth. They can even be used to replace a full arch of teeth — often in just one short visit, without the complications of major oral surgery and long healing times.
Mini Dental Implants have become one of the most significant advancements in dentistry. The Mini Implant System allows us to replace lost teeth and stabilize dentures — often in a single visit, with far less healing time than traditional implants.
The Mini Dental Implant system for denture stabilization consists of a miniature titanium implant that acts like the root of your tooth, and a retaining fixture incorporated into the base of your denture. The head of the mini implant is shaped like a ball, and the retaining fixture acts like a socket that contains a rubber O-ring.
The O-ring snaps over the ball when the denture is seated and holds the denture at a predetermined level of force. When seated, the denture gently rests on the gum tissue. The mini implant fixtures allow for micro-mobility while withstanding natural lifting forces.
Make an AppointmentA miniature titanium post is placed with only a small pilot hole — no extensive surgery, no bone grafts in most cases. The ball-shaped head of the implant mates with an O-ring in the denture base, locking it securely in place while still allowing natural micro-movement. The result: a denture that feels completely stable and won't slip, click, or shift while eating or speaking.
In most cases, mini implants deliver the same outcome as traditional implants — at a fraction of the cost, time, and discomfort.
In many cases, mini implants cost around half the cost of traditional or conventional implants — without compromising on the final result.
Because the mini implant requires only a small pilot hole, it is less traumatic to the bone and soft tissue compared to traditional implants that often involve extensive surgery and bone grafts.
Because placing the smaller diameter mini implant does not cause as much trauma to bone and soft tissue, your healing time is reduced from months to days.
Less trauma to the gums, bone, and underlying tissue means less discomfort. Many patients need only over-the-counter pain medication for a day or so after the procedure.
In many cases, the mini implant can be loaded immediately after placement — meaning most procedures, including anchoring dentures, can be done in a single visit.
Mini implants require less bone — so you're far less likely to need additional costly bone grafts before treatment can begin, and bone preservation is maintained long-term.
At Pure Dental, you don't have to go to a different specialist for treatment. All phases of implant dentistry are done under one roof — implant surgery and tooth replacement. We also have a CAT scan machine to assess treatment immediately.
Your free consultation at Pure Dental includes a full 3D CBCT scan — a sub-millimeter digital map of your jaw, bone, and anatomy. From that scan, our team produces a digital smile preview showing you exactly what your new teeth will look like before a single decision is made.
No pressure, no obligation. You sit down with one of our implant specialists, review your 3D scan, see your digital smile, and receive a clear all-inclusive quote — all in a single visit, completely free.
