PORCELAIN VENEERS
When teeth are significantly misaligned, protruding or have existing bonding, the tooth will need to be reshaped prior to placement of a porcelain facing. Novacaine is traditionally used and the tooth is reshaped, a temporary veneer is made, and the dental laboratory fabricates a beautiful porcelain shell that is bonded to the tooth. These shells can be made of any shade, and will be comfortable and esthetic for many years.
